Some of our best family memories are when the entire family gets together for our annual family reunion. We love to eat together, play games, watch movies, share memories and create new ones.
The biggest challenge for us was trying to find a place where we could all eat and stay together and yet still have our own space. We found it difficult to have a family meal with 30+ people.
We started coming to Bear Lake many years ago. We loved it here so much that we wanted to create a place that would fit our entire extended family. And that’s what we did with Bear Family Haven. There are three cabins adjacent to each other on 1.25 acres.
We have enough space for large family reunions (up to 78 people). You can rent one, two or all three of the cabins – Papa Bear Lodge, Mama Bear Cabin, or Baby Bear Cottage.
There is plenty of grassy open space to play, picnic, barbeque, and lounge. The location is perfect. It’s a 5-minute walk to the lake, or to downtown. There are about a dozen restaurants close by. Don’t feel like cooking? We also offering catering.
Bear Lake is a wonderful place for family vacations and family reunions. It straddles the Utah / Idaho border and is close to Wyoming also — making it a convenient vacation destination to residents of all three states.
